At Present the Threshold limit to opt for Composition Scheme is Rs.1 Crore ( Rs. 75 lakhs in case of Special Category States except for Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand ).
The CGST ( Amendment ) Act 2018 has amended SECTION 10 and increased the limit from ₹ 1 Crore to ₹ 1.5 Crore. But this has not yet been Notified.
Hence, it's Rs. 1 Crore at present....
