Is it mandatory to submit CMP 03 for Composition scheme dealer ?
If no OK, but if yes when is the last date after opting for it ?

If you are already Composition dealer. Then no need CMP-03...

If you are "opt to composition scheme" from regular dealer. Then you ll be file the form. (Date 30th Sep 2017)

Need clarification
I was a presumptive dealer in VAT which is more or less similar to Composition scheme.
I have migrated from VAT to GST as was the procedure.

Should I submit CMP 03.

kindly clarify.

Composition scheme opened again for dealers today. You can now opt for it.

Dear Sir,
My turnover for past FY s are below 15L.

I was a presumptive dealer in b VAT.

My question is, Is it mandatory for me to submit GST CMP 03, intimation of stock details in hand.

I have migrated to GST and opted for Composition scheme.
