In accordance with the Provision of Section 10(2) clause (d) of the CGST Act 2017, a Person registered under Composition Scheme is not eligible to supply his goods or services or both via e-commerce operators.
Hence if you are supplying your services with the help of e-commerce operators like Swiggy, Uber Eats, Food Panda, Zomato etc, then you cannot opt for COMPOSITION SCHEME u/s 10 of the CGST Act 2017.
