There is no "composition form" for bank limit renewals on the Income Tax portal. Banks typically require your past Income Tax Returns (ITR-V), which you can download by logging into the Income Tax e-Filing portal, going to e-File > Income Tax Returns > View Filed Returns. If the bank is insisting on a "composition" document, please verify if they are referring to GST filings or an internal bank declaration.
