But it cannot be possibile , if Taxpayer is registered as composit dealer it never shows GSTR 1 return form on his portal.

Once tax payer opt in for composition scheme, automatically GSTR-1 form is turnoff and not available to file. So how did you file gstr1 ?

only gstr4 is there to file quarterly

plz chk if you are opt in composition scheme or not

Yes the tax payer may be was in regular type and later opted to composition scheme. So it might take place in gst.

If you have not filed GSTR 4 then Late fee and interest has to paid.

you might be right. but can I checked from which date the dealer has opt for composition without login.
