mixed supply" means two or more individual supplies of goods or services, or any combination thereof, made in conjunction with each other by a taxable person for a single price where such supply does not constitute a composite supply.
Definition of mixed supply would fit better to this

What happen your knowledge

Composite Supply : if detergent packed in basket and can not separate before use detergent 

Mixed supply : if detergent packed in bag and empty basket give free separately

Mixed supply is a more appropriate classification provided that detergent is not packed in basket itself.
