what is obligation of register person in case of goods movement supply and job work. if it is found that
registered person have not fulfil the compliance of Eway bill. what is legal boundation.

Legal proceeding in regard to E-way is only if the Goods on way is check by Incharge officer , As of today the taxpayer need not provide any detail in this regard while filing the return . hence There is no legal boundation as such ,.... yes only in case of scurtiny , the tax officer may ask for such compliance.

Moving goods without the cover of an invoice and Eway bill constitutes an offence and attracts a penalty of Rs.10,000 or the tax sought to be evaded (whichever is greater).
