Compliance regarding a private company

What are the compliances that a company secretary needs to ensure in case of a private limited company.

What i mean is regarding maintainence of statutory books, minutes books, board meetings, other legal documents

Can some one provide me with the checklist or anything that would be helpful

In pvt ltd just maintain only Register as per companies act. purchase this from from and Book Seller and maintain it full

2. Record Minutes

3. Details of form etc  (for secretarial prectise)

no such need for other things
