If a company was incorporated on 5th Feb, are there any compliance be which needs to be fulfilled within 30 days of Incorporation i.e 5th Mar.
Also what are the compliance before 31 Mar 2015 when the books are closed.

Compliance after incorporating a company within a period of 30 days:-
1. Appointment of auditor
2. Take note of interest of director and file the form MGT 14
3. Apply for the pan card and open a Bank Account
4. Allotment of shares and issue of share certificate
5. File the application of Stamping of Share certificate with the SDM
6. Display the name of company and other details outside the company premises
When books are closed on 31st March 2015 file your annual returns of company.
