we are going to setup a groundnut processing unit . Please advice for registrations or certificates need for that.

1) Company/LLP/Partnership Firm Registration
2) Food License from FSSAI
3) GST Registration if turnover exceeds ₹20 lakh (You may also obtain voluntarily even if your turnover does not exceed 20 lakh)
4) Shop and Establishments Registration from municipality.
5) MSME/Udhyam Registration (not mandatory but advisable)
6) Trade License from municipality
7) NOC from State Pollution Control Board
8) ESI Registration (if number of employees exceeds 10)
9) PF Registration (if number of employees exceeds 20)
10) IEC Certificate (if you are planning to import or export your product)

hope you have seen Mr sukhwanis advice.
also pl ensure when you buy raw ground nuts for crushing it should current crop
and certified disease free.several agencies do this.
