complaint against company

Hi Robin,

In my Opinion, if a company is not willing to enter into any contract it cannot be forced to enter into any such contract without willingness of 2 parties.

If the Company is making substantial delay with the Customers in terms of transactions, then i think

complaint can be filed in Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, regarding dealy in transactions.

If you have Consumer related problem, then appropriate forum is Consumer forum.

Dear Gopal,

Form 20B is for filing Annual return of the company having a share capital with the ROC

Form23 Ac is for Balance Sheet, P&L , and other documents.Filling with ROC

Form 23ACA is for profit and loss accounts filling with registrar.
