02 February 2011When a company is reluctant on its part to enter into contarct with customers or substantial delay in making transactions. where the complaint can be lodged against company ? Can we lodge complaint with ROC ? Does it need quantum of value of transaction for filing complaint or any conditions ?

Hi Robin,
In my Opinion, if a company is not willing to enter into any contract it cannot be forced to enter into any such contract without willingness of 2 parties.
If the Company is making substantial delay with the Customers in terms of transactions, then i think
complaint can be filed in Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, regarding dealy in transactions.

ROC relates with Company Law matters
If you have Consumer related problem, then appropriate forum is Consumer forum.

Dear Gopal,
Form 20B is for filing Annual return of the company having a share capital with the ROC
Form23 Ac is for Balance Sheet, P&L , and other documents.Filling with ROC
Form 23ACA is for profit and loss accounts filling with registrar.
