At the time of migration my consultant upload hie mobile number and email id without my permission.What legal action taken of the consultant for above said unauthorised action

Any action can be initiated only if he/she is not willing to cooperate client, after settlement of his accounts.
No dues to consultant
why you blame your consultant... this is not his mistake cause when you give your reg detail you have to provide your contact details and need to track that ...
