Dear Seniors,

I am doing PCC. My attempt is in Nov. 10. I want to give Bank PO exam....

Can i give the exam alongwith pursuing CA. or First i have to take permission for giving exam from ICAI....

As per rule of ICAI that candidate must take permission for joining new course...

Please suggest me what i have to do for giving exam??????

Hi varun, i think yes u should take permission from ICAI in form 112, moreover, the institute will grant u, coz there is no compulsion on attaining tutions in ur case...

bhai ab har kaam ICAI se pooch k karoge kya?? Bank POis not a course its a competitive exam.

I was in confusion that i have to take permission or not.

now my doubt is cleared..

and one more point that i think if we take permission from ICAI for these type of exams, this will consume much time in getting permission.

Harish is correct. For exams like CAT, Bank PO or even NCFM....there is no need to inform ICAI. The only concern will be regarding joining that Bank job and dealing with articleship thereafter.
