s.11 of the petroleum and natural gas regulatory board says that it has a duty to ensure free trade and competiton in the market. the same is also covered by the competition act. Can the same matter be agitated at both forums simultaneously?..what are the legal bars?.....what if the remedy provided by the competition act is wider?
