Company without board of directors.
if company directors are disqualified and company is without board and not filing annual returns from year 2016...what is the legal status of the company...is it an active company as per operation of law.

if company is not filing annual statement u/s 137 and annual return u/s 92 in immediately in 3 consecutive preceding years then such company > DIRECTORS shall be disqualified however they have time of 6 months means
they shall not vacate their office for next 6 months if they are disqualified u/s 164 (2)
