AS per Company Law sec2 :-Bodycorporate inculdes comapny incorporated outside india.
THERE MIGHT BE A THIN LINE BETWEEN THE TWO.........BUT I THINK BOTH HVE SAME MEANING......
Asper Company Act 19556 (1 of 1956) Company includes only Indian Company which is incorporated in India whereas Body corporates = company + Foreign Company
