Company status reserved and allocated

Hi

I got a job offer from a small company. I am trying to check their registration in MCA. I got 2 entries with name of the company

1st one is xxx Technologies (India) Limited.

2nd one is xxx Technologies PVT Limited.

I hope both are referring to same company(Because I see glassdoor.com reviews of the company from year 2014, I may be wrong in my analysis), if both are same then what is the difference between reserved and allocated status.

What is incorporation date?

Thanks in advance.

1st is public limited and 2nd one is pvt limited... How could be both same...

Company status reserved means refers to a company that is no longer registered (that is, it has been removed from the register). For a company, this may result from a failure to file annual returns, the completion of liquidation, from an amalgamation with another company or from a formal request to be removed from the register.

Its office is located in USA like every other company. Now is it ok if I join the company it terms of genuinity since it has "allocated" status

What is incorporation date? Does it mean the company is actually registered on that date.

They claim they are in market from 2013. So, if an employe has worked in 2013 will her tenure be waste or uncounted as its incorporation date is in 2015.

it means its incorpirated as public co in 97 bt in 2015 its converted into pvt ltd..

Thanks for the clarification.

What is the process of converting a private company into a public company? Is the procedure long?
