Since Mr.A is appointed as a WT CS , he is not eligible to be appointed as a Manager in BMZ Pvt ltd. But he can be appointed as a director other than WTD.

I agree with Arjun, Further, Mr A can serve as CS & Director of Pvt Co. unless there are only two directors in that Pvt Co.
