AGM should be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation. If you dont hold AGM for dis 6 months period u dont need to do annual filing wid ROC

Yea, holding AGM and roc forms will be compulsion for next year i.e. within 18 months from date of incorporation. For change in director fille Form 32 and fees depends on authorized capital of the company. Form 32 should be filed withjin 30days from the date of appointment/resignation
