company registered in 2014 July. no activities till now. no pan, no bank account. one of the directors dead in may 2015. what are the forms to be filed with roc to continue the company by adding one more director . company share capital is 1 lakh.

first check status of company
first check the company status and then file the form accordingly.
status of the co is active
which forms I have to file. commencement certificate is compulsory by that time. later it was removed.
