Company registration

Hello Experts ,

I have applied for a Pvt company registration with RoC  and started the recruitment & training,but due to some issues with the name (trade mark issue) registration is getting delayed but seems other conditions are okay .So i wish to get your advise whether i can start the operation of my service before the Indian registration is complete? (I am dealing with only US clients so there is no local tax (GST) implication for me ) ,Please advise
