If sale is invoked you can go for SALES TAX (TIN) REGISTRATION
If sale is involved please make a TIN REGISTRATION

thanks for your reply,,,,,TIN is not applicable for us because we are doing E-commerce business like OLX..... first we want to make partnership deed...please suggest for this.
