A Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. Company has registered office (Rented,Tamil Nadu) in a state other than its workplace ( Rented, Maharashtra). Company does not have staff and operations at registered office but at workplace. Company has local and international item purchase and sale. Does company requires separate GSTIN for both addresses and need to follow compliance based on registered address apart from workplace? Is it better to get registered in same state as workplace for reducing compliance,as there won't be any activity in registered state. Please guide.
