I want to change my company name , company was just started 7 months back and I want to change the name of the company please let me know how to do it what is the cost of doing it . As the name of the company has been given and decribed in other legal documents so will it be effected and are there pros and cons.
pass a board resolution and file inc 22 within 30 days of board resolution cost will be around Rs. 300 to Rs. 600.. Attach documents for address proof
