but eople were saying problem might occur hile filing dir -12

Now under company act 2013 CS and CFO can not be the same person. 

WHERE IT IS WRITTEN THAT..

I DID NOT FIND IT

It is because CS and CFO both the designation has been brought under the definition of KMP. for which you have to fill form DIR 12 and MR1 return of KMP as well which will not be accpted and refelect error while efilling
