Company incorporation

Dear All,

We want to incorporate a new company whose main object will be to pay online all duties & taxes of the group companies. The amount will be received and paid online. If required some service charges can be shown. It is just to simplify the payment procedure for royalty, income tax, gst etc. is it possible or there is some restrictions from income tax, GST or any applicable law. Please suggest.

Quick Summary
A user is enquiring about the possibility of incorporating a new company specifically to handle online payments for all group company duties and taxes. They wish to understand if there are any restrictions from income tax, GST, or other applicable laws regarding this structure, especially if service charges are involved. The general consensus suggests it's permissible as long as taxes are paid from the respective group companies' bank accounts.

As long as the taxes are paid from the bank accounts of the respective group companies to whom the tax relate to, I dont think there is any restriction.

If you want to join a new company whose main purpose will be to pay for all the duties and taxes of the group companies. So till the tax is paid from the company's bank accounts in the respective group. Which is related to tax, I do not think there are any restrictions from income tax, GST or any applicable law.
