Is INC 8 & INC 10 for incorporation of company required to be done in stamp paper??

INC 10 - No Stamp paper-Notary to attest.

In Punjab INC can be taken on Letetr Head of Professional and INC-10 can be signed by Manager of bank or Notary concerned
Agree but it's ok on rs 20 stamp paper.
