Hello Members,
I have received Certificate of Incorporation from MCA. Now what to do? as per rule 24 of Company Incorporation rules 2014 ,i have to file INC-21. bt for this what documents are required? How much Stamp duty Required to pay? as the stamp duty relating to form INC-7 is paid while filing the form. and also suggest that what other forms will have to file after incorporating Company?

Most importantly teh copies of resolutions are required to be filed w.r.t. appointmen of first auditor, list of preliminary expenses and authorisation for commencement of certificate application.
