A company incorporated on 27-03-2018 and no share capital amount transferred in the company by shareholders and bank account is not opened till 31-03-2018 weather the company is required to get audited its accounts.
and if yes then how balance sheet shall prepare bcz there is no data

You can do your first audit after 15 months.
You can have your first audit for the year ended 31 March 2019 (with three days of 2018) included in the first financial statements with adequate disclosure of the same.
