in spice form there is 4 point in 6(a)
- NOT HAVING DIN:
1. Total no of first subscriber: "6"
2. No. of non individual director: "0"
3. Number of individual first subscriber cum Director: "3"
4. Total Number of director who is/are not subscriber+subscriber cum Director as mentioned in above row no 3: "3"
We have 6 first subscriber not having DIN, how to input details in 6(a)

Through spice form we can apply only 3 new DINs, in above case Number of individual first subscriber cum Director is 3 ( all of them not having valid DIN) and they will be the 1st directors of the company, in 4th row u can also show 3 ,Not having valid DIN. And other subscribers who wishes to take DIN can apply through Form DIR-3 along with prescribed fees.
Better to name 3 directors in SPICe as first director ,and after incorporation another 3 can be appointed as additional director (subject to confirmation in ensuing general meeting ),Because at the time of filing DIR -3 Name of company to be mentioned ( While during filing spice co not getting into picture )
