I have submited Form 1, 18 and 32 in MCA site two days ago.......
then this is replied by the MCA........."to submit notarized affidavit of Rs. 20/- stamp papers in UP of all directors/promoters reg. non-acceptance of deposit from public, it will not carry out any money circulation scheme or multi level/pyramid scheme"
can anyone tell me that what does the Money Circulation Scheme and Multilevel/pyramid Scheme means ??
