Hi Friends,

I have submited Form 1, 18 and 32 in MCA site two days ago.......

then this is replied by the MCA........."to submit notarized affidavit of Rs. 20/- stamp papers in UP of all directors/promoters reg. non-acceptance of deposit from public, it will not carry out any money circulation scheme or multi level/pyramid scheme"  

can anyone tell me that what does the Money Circulation Scheme and Multilevel/pyramid Scheme means ??

As far as I know, its like mlm (multi level marketing) where buyers refer more buyers and the 1st buyer gets some comission for referring another.. this can b termed multilevel/pyramid scheme

Yes fully agreed with mr. dhanush. U have to attach affidavit duly notorised for all directors as per MCA circular dated 29th may
