Hello, I want to open an pvt ltd company and applied for the name on 16th aug but is showing work in progress.
1. Can anyone tell me what are the different stages and time it takes to get approved?
2. After the name gets approved how much time will it takes to get the incorporate certificate?
3. Is there any why to get it done faster?
4. How to keep the registered office in one state and headoffice in another state?
5. What are the tax registration required for an manufacturing company to do?

Hi,
WIP implies that you will get the name reservation letter or any query shortly......within 60 days of the letter from ROC, you will have to form the company by filing the requisite forms for incorporation. If approved, you will receive the incorp cert within 1 week.
