As from 1st April 2010, Payment of stamp duty has been made mandatory throug e- payment. So, while drafting MOA & AOA, & for uploading the same, stamp paper is not required rite?So, where will v draft them?in normal A4 sized paper?Is der any other option?

For attachment purpose print your MOA and AOA on A4 size paper.
Yes now stamp paper not required. You have to pay the stamp duty online while uploading the form. You may pay the stamp duty via challan or credit card.

And for submission of the physical copy of MOA, AOA etc, in A4 sized paper itself to the reigistrar of company's?
No now there is no need to submit the physical copies for sure.
