Hi, Can any1 help on these points in a company formation :
1. Subscriber cum promoter (one) is a chinese national and currently in India on B-1 visa. Attestation or Apostille required in this case? if yes then since he is in India, can it be done thru chinese embassy in India?
2. eMoA and eAoA to be filed in this case or Physically signed copies. (He is currently in india on business visa)
