Please let me know how to calculate the total fees payable for formation of company (To form 1a, for 1, for 18, form 32, any other fees, MOA stamping fees, AOA stamping fees) and how to pay the same ? This is to form a pvt ltd company in kerala state.

For calculating the fee for Forms 1,18,32, visit the following link and enter the required details:

The stamp duty in kerala for:
form 1 (25/-)
MoA (500/-)
AoA (1000/-)
All the payments must be paid online mandatorily.

Go to the MCA site select the fees calcuation and select the service and forms and give the amount of Capital and click submit, the system will display the result.
