Who can establish company and what are its benefits?

You'll have to refer to companies act 2013 for details with respect to companies. Also while forming a company one should fulfil all the requirements applicable according to the type of company, i.e whether the company is one person company, private company, public company.
The question asked is little vague and should be specific.
