pls read this carefully and tel me...doesnt the point mentioned in it regarding branch audit mean that the branch audits are included in the ceiling of audits as per ICAI although it is not included as per companies act....but v maximum branch audits can only be 30 nd not more than that?please reply asap.
Branch Audits Are Included while calculating the ceiling limit U/s 224(1b) & branch Audit of same company would be counted as 1 so if u accepting 30 branch audit of same company dn it would be counted as 1 & if accepting branch audit of different compamis then it wud be considered sepratly & each branch audit would be counted as 1 audit

If i am doing the audit of just the branch and not the parent company then it will be counted as 1....am i right
