No this is simply not possible. A body corporate can not be appointed as a director.
The same is prohibited by section 253 of companies act, 1956. Only individuals can be appointed as a director.

Section 253 Provides that no body corporate, association or firm shall be appointed director of a company(whether public or private), and only an individual shall be so appointed.
However, no individual shall alse be appointed or reappointed as a director unless he has been allotted a Director Indentification Number under section 266B.
So no company can appoint any other company as a director.
Agree with Mr. Ankur Garg and Mr. Ankur Srivastava that a company can not be appointed as a director in another company.
