Company act 2012 when comming ??
I want To know when Company act 2012 comming in C.a final course..
I am C.A FINAL STUDENT..I will give exam 1 st grup of final in NOVEMBER,2013 is i hve to prepare new company act 2012 ??or old:-)

Companies Bill is yet to be passed by Rajya Sabha. Parliament is not in session and it will be again placed before Rajya Sabha in the next session. Even after it is passed, it will come into force on a date to be notified. Hence at least for Nov. 2013 exam you have to study existing Act only and not the new one.
