Company act 1956
Any company has made alteration in article by passing special resolution in GM and file the resolution with roc but i want to know that what will be effective date for alteration whether special resolution date or roc filed date?
please me help and it would be helpful if any link to the above mentioned topic.

It is the date of passing special resolution. Refer Sec.31(1) of CA 1956.
