Promoters R subscribing articles and memo of company,their roles,duties specify by articles of associations,actually performance depend upon company objectives and their duties towards attainments of same.

Generally Promoters will be major Shareholders of the Company. The Promoters will become Shareholders of the Company, as soon as the company is formed and they can can excercise the Shareholders Right.They are the important for the formantion of the Company and their Source of Income is dividend, after becoming shareholders.
