Compansation to death person

Dear Sir,

My uncle was govt. employee and regular income tax filler and 10. yr of rest of his servise but unfortunately he was died.

Can I , any claim raised to income tax department for any amount.

There will be no such benefits from income tax department for deceased tax payers.

they will only eat from us.

No, you can't make any claim to IT department.
