Hi Friends, There is nothing like - no work and all fun.It all depends on person to person, the way you manage your professional life.If there is no work, you wont add anything to yourself and company as well..... Well ! there are sectors where pressure is a bit on the higher side like - I Banking , Telecom and Audit firms but at the end of the day it depends on the role you are handling and your interest....

well, in today's fast growing environment, Can u believe that the above said companies give a proper work-life balance....or any compny for tat matter??... KPMG??ICICI??? all the above said companies are known for drinkin the blood of every employee..no one can help it..tat's the kind of competition tat prevails... if u really need tat work-life balance, do wat u love to do in life... start ur own company..or somethn like tat.. live with ur heart and not with ur head...Jus my perception....workd out for me.. I did my MBA, got placements in ICICI, CIty Bnk, IDBI, Pepsi...all these losers pay u, say around 30K, and then gives u targets and work loads of which they think u might b able to do atleast 50%.. and then i tried CA..gav 3 attempts and consistently made between 287-310..still couldnt clear PE2..so even if i apply to a job, wat differnce does it make between a guy like me who sacrficed everythin to do CA and a guy who did CA for fun and lost with marks of hardly 50... NOTHIN.. but now i'm happy...i live with music and do music direction..This is wat i really love..i thought i could do tis side by side with my office set up like Ca.Bharadwaj.... well..(still thorough with the provisions and update myself) So there's no company which will give the balance ur talkin about..MAKE LIFE MEANINGFUL than goin after lots of money..And enjoy IT...so u'll never regret later... There is really no such thing as a good work life balance,as far as the corporate world is concerned. The unspoken quality which they want in their people is workaholism. Whatever someof these companies say or do about worklife balance,it is cosmetic and mere lip service.Do not be deluded.

If you want this balance,then be self employed,where you have better control over your time and life.

ICICI??? Work life balance!! You have to be kidding me.
