If date of singing financial Statements is 15.09.2016 then AGM can be held on 29.09.2016 and if notice is given on 07.09.2016

As per new companies ACT 2013, AGM can be held within a period of six months from the close of the financial year.
my doubt is about notice if statements are singned on 15.09.2016 then notice can be given on 07.09.2016
notice of AGM must be give atleast 21 days before
