hello sir,Why the basic need required to introduce Companies Act 2013 via a vis Companies Act 1956 was already in existence?

If there are some holes in our shirt, we can just carry on with some patch work here and there. But after a limit patch work will not work. In that case we have to buy a new shirt! Life will be bore without new things!
Sir New things are for encouraging some new aspects or for motivating some changes in life....I agree but in this case is it required by the time....to change the act??

No, proprietorship concern is not governed by Companies Act.
