Companies act 2013 does not say anything about caro 2003
The new Companies Act 2013 Section 143 does not say anything about Companies (Audit Report) Order 2003. Are we still required to attach an annexure to the audit report according to it? For FY 2014-15 and further?

CARO was issued under 1956 Act. Order u/s 143(11) of the 2013 Act is yet to be issued by the Govt. since National Financial Reporting Authority is yet to be constituted.
So what is the position right now? Are we still required to comply with CARO requirements?
There is a confusion on applicability of CARO under New Companies Act. Hope that MCA will come with clarification before end of FY.
