@ rashmi-the link you posted, directed me to mca website and the heading of the act read companies act (amendment), 2017. does it mean that it has not been updated after 2017?
however, I am referring to link provided by @ raja p m for the time being.

Pratyush, If you are referring Companies Act, please refer the MCA link I have shared. Its updated. Request you to read the complete heading, its conveys something else.
