Declartion by Independent Director

Secretarial audit report

explanation and comments by Board on every points, or adverse remark by secretarial auditor in its secretarial audit report

annual performance report of the Board of Director , committes and Director in indivisual committee

Composition of Audit Committee

* All the above points shall only be complied depending upon the criteria of turnover  or paid up capital or applicability given under the Rules framed under Companies Act.
