Dear experts,

Kindly guide me on what can be done if communication for proposed adjustments u/s 143(1)(a) is not responded within the due period of 30 days. Will any demand notice u/s 143(1) be issued for non-response to the communication u/s 143(1)(a) where the demand can be negated?

Thank you sir for your quick response. But ITR filed is correct and revised return or rectification need not be filed. Proposed adjustment was incorrect but the issue here is that no response was given within the due date. Are there any other solutions sir?
