Committee memberships

Audit Commitee - Min 3 Dir - majority should be ID

Nomination /Remmuneration - Min 3 Dir -1/2 should be ID

CSR Commitee - Min 3 Dir - 1 should be ID

And yes you can rename existing commitee to stake holders commitee

and would like to clarify my question- is there any specific no. of committees exceeding which independant director can not accept the membership of the said 4 committees and if yes what is the maximum no. in which Independent Director can be a member.

No sir there is no such limit specified in companies act 2013 as on date 

and also no corresponding rules circulars issued yet.

in my opinion there are no restriction on accepting such number by ID
